As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals living with mental health challenges and/or substance use disorders at our Wilmington, NC clinic. Your Role in Our Mission As an Outpatient Therapist with ESPH, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter, healthier futures. You'll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client's unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You'll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups , along with our Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program groups, fostering connection and growth. Why Join Us?
