Overview HearthWell Recovery, located in Dover, NH, is an evidence-based Partial Hospitalization Program offering outpatient, post-detox care to support individuals on their path to long-term recovery. By providing structured clinical care, therapeutic groups, and community support, we empower individuals to regain stability and foster meaningful connections. Tailoring our approach to meet clients where they are, we focus on sustainable, lasting recovery. Our mission is to strengthen recovery communities and promote overall wellness, ensuring fewer individuals need to return to treatment. Duties Seeking an MLADC-level clinician who is qualified to provide supervision and sign off on clinical hours. This role combines direct clinical care with leadership responsibilities, supporting both clients and developing clinicians within the program. The ideal candidate is experienced, mission-driven, and committed to helping individuals transition from stabilization to long-term recovery. Skills Licensure as a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC) in the state of New Hampshire Proficiency in individual counseling, group facilitation, and client assessments Strong documentation and organizational skills to maintain accurate clinical records Knowledge of treatment approaches in substance use and addiction recovery Skillful in communication, active listening, and fostering therapeutic relationships Familiarity with Partial Hospitalization Programs and outpatient recovery models is a plus Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field is preferred Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and compassionate team environment This role is ideal for passionate professionals eager to make a meaningful difference in individuals' lives through energetic engagement and expert clinical practice.
