Compensation:

$60,000 - $85,000 yearly

DOE Responsibilities:

Foster meaningful therapeutic relationships and develop individualized, goal-focused treatment plans. Deliver psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. Utilize clinical skills to promote clients' mental, emotional, and social wellness. Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with TheraCorp policies and relevant State and Federal regulations. Work closely with the clinical team to adjust treatment strategies based on client progress and changing needs.

Qualifications:

Current and active New Jersey license: LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. At least 2 years of experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy. Experience with insurance credentialing is a plus. Must reside in New Jersey or be open to relocating. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
