Solutions Treatment Center is seeking a Primary Therapist or Primary Counselor Art, Experiential and Trauma Therapists are encouraged to apply. Requirements:

New Mexico therapy, counselor, social work or substance abuse license ( LMFT, LPC, LPCC, LPAT, LMSW, LISW, LMHC) Experience treating mental health and dual diagnosis clients who have experienced trauma Experience in both group and individual therapy At least one year post graduate experience Knowledgeable in clinical documentation procedures Excellent clinical documentation skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct 4-8 group therapy sessions (1.5 hrs each) per week Carry a case load of 10-15 individual therapy clients weekly Clinical documentation to include; safety plan, treatment plan, aftercare plan and discharge summaries, biopsychosocial assessments Attend weekly clinical treatment team meetings We offer a unique treatment model that operates from a trauma informed perspective that helps clients heal from the past, understand how the trauma affects them in the present, and helps them practice solutions for sustaining long term healing and recovery in the future. We integrate many different treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral, experiential, motivational interviewing, expressive arts, process oriented and body centered therapies.
