Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC/CASAC-T) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing assessment, counseling, and support services to individuals struggling with substance abuse issues. This position plays a crucial role in our clinic's mission to promote recovery and wellness for all our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct substance abuse assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs. Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
CASAC or CASAC-T certification preferred Bachelor's in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field required. Experience working in a behavioral health or substance abuse treatment setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
