We're looking for a mission-driven SUDs Counselor who wants to do more than provide treatment sessions. This is an opportunity to become part of a multidisciplinary team helping people navigate some of the hardest moments of their lives while supporting real, lasting change. Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (Saturday & Sundays off)
Hourly Compensation:
CADC-1: $27.62 - $36.65 CADC-2 or 3: $30.45 - $40.39 Final comp will be determined based on relevant experience, education, credentials/licensure, and internal equity.
External candidates:
Offer max for CADC-1: $32.05 / CADC-2 or 3 $35.33 per our Union contract.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have one of the following: CADC-1 CADC-2 CADC-3 Must have High School Diploma or GED, advanced degree preferred. QMHA-R preferred. To meet the credential requirements of QMHA-R, must be registered with appropriate Oregon State licensing board to meet, at minimum, QMHA-R requirements. Must meet CCC privileging requirements as required by FTCA. Must have CPR training and certification prior to start. Must have experience working in chemical dependency treatment, preferably with outpatient adults who have been adjudicated to treatment and/or people with co-occurring mental health disorders. Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge and skills in group facilitation. Understanding of specialized DUII system requirements as set forth by the State and referral sources preferred.
