Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Drug and Alcohol Therapist to join our dedicated team at the Parkside Recovery Program in Philadelphia, PA, working alongside professionals committed to changing lives and strengthening communities.
Position Summary:
The Counselor provides high‑quality clinical services, including individual and group therapy, care coordination, and compliant documentation. This role supports client engagement and recovery through effective treatment planning and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include:
Clinical Care:
Provide individual and group therapy; assess client needs and readiness for change; engage, motivate, and re‑engage resistant or disengaged clients.
Documentation & Caseload Management:
 Maintain an active caseload; track treatment progress; complete timely, accurate documentation and incident reports; meet productivity standards.
Care Coordination:
Collaborate with case managers and multidisciplinary team members to support client needs and facilitate appropriate referrals and community linkages.
Program & Compliance:
 Adhere to ethical, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements; follow organizational policies; participate in supervision, trainings, and quality improvement activities; perform other duties as assigned. Earn $26.67 per hour. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Master's degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychology, addictions studies, social work or related field with specialty or concentration in counseling One year experience in a health or human service agency, and in a drug and alcohol setting is preferred. Experience with MAT and MMT is preferred You will work onsite

7:30am - 4:00pm
