Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to individuals involved in the criminal justice system and court ordered to complete treatment. The Therapist will utilize evidence-based practices to promote healing and growth while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations, including HIPAA. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients. Develop and implement treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client goals. Provide crisis intervention services as needed to ensure client safety. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Engage in case management activities, coordinating care with other professionals and community resources. Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in overcoming challenges. Collect and analyze data related to client progress and program effectiveness. Stay informed about current best practices in therapy, including updates on ICD-9 coding. Skills Strong understanding of case management principles and practices. Proficient in crisis intervention techniques and strategies. Knowledge of behavioral therapy methodologies. Ability to conduct effective data collection for treatment evaluation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction and documentation. Pay:
$48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
