IntegrityTreatmentPartners.com The Role We are seeking a results-driven Counselor to deliver critical services and help our clients achieve lasting recovery. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in guiding clients on their journey to reclaim their lives. Hours We are open 9am to 830pm Morning groups run 10am/10:15am/11:00am/11:30am Night groups run 5:30pm/6:00pm/6:15pm/6:30pm IOP (3hr groups) run 10-1pm/11-2pm and 530-830pm (after work group) Saturdays 9am-2pm (IOP 3 hour and OP 1 hour groups) You control your own availability! You schedule your own individual sessions, some clients may be virtual or hybrid. Saturday availability is a plus! Responsibilities Intensive outpatient groups (3.5 hours) (Nights available). Outpatient groups (1 hours) (Nights available). Collect and drug test clients as needed. Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans. Assist with case management duties, including client follow-ups and coordinating care with other service providers. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with OASAS regulations. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in substance abuse treatment.

Qualifications:

CASAC or Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling (Masters Level Students welcome and encouraged to apply!) 1+ years of experience in substance abuse or mental health counseling Strong interest in substance abuse counseling and mental health services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
