Role:
Join Central Adult Day Healthcare Services as a CSAC in Richmond, VA, where you will play a vital role in supporting adults in their journey to recovery. Be part of a compassionate team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions to promote recovery. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Engage clients in therapeutic activities that promote social interaction. Educate clients and families about mental health and recovery resources. Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid CSAC certification and relevant licensure. Experience in mental health or addiction counseling preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor and commitment to client care. Knowledge of community resources and support services. Proficient in documentation and record-keeping. Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs.

Newly Acquired Substance Abuse Treatment Facility in Chesterfield, ASAM 3.3. Serving 15 beds for men.
