Compensation & Benefits $25-$31/hour DOE, Open to Negotiations Up to $400/month health insurance reimbursement 2 weeks paid vacation annually Supportive small-team environment Opportunities for professional growth and supervision About Us New Life Recovery Solutions is a small outpatient treatment center dedicated to providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based substance use treatment services. We value teamwork, professionalism, and creating meaningful change in the lives of our clients and community. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate SUDP or SUDPT to join our outpatient treatment team. This position provides direct counseling, case management, assessments, treatment planning, group facilitation, and recovery support services to adults experiencing substance use disorders. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, ethical, and passionate about helping individuals achieve long-term recovery. Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling services Conduct substance use disorder assessments and treatment recommendations Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Provide case management and coordinate care with outside agencies when appropriate Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups Maintain compliance with agency policies and Washington State regulations Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and clinical collaboration Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times
Qualifications SUDP Applicants:
Active Washington State SUDP credential Experience in substance use treatment preferred
SUDPT Applicants:
Active Washington State SUDPT credential Currently enrolled in or completed approved educational requirements toward SUDP certification
Preferred Skills:
