Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with substance use disorders (SUD).
  • Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and treatment modalities, such as behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis
  • Provide Individual and group counseling to individuals using person centered treatment modalities
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
  • Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of substance use disorder treatment skills
  • Strong knowledge of substance use disorders, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment strategies
  • Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
  • Ability to conduct patient assessments using standardized assessment tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and excellent time management skills
