Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with substance use disorders (SUD).
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions and treatment modalities, such as behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis
- Provide Individual and group counseling to individuals using person centered treatment modalities
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of substance use disorder treatment skills
- Strong knowledge of substance use disorders, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment strategies
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to conduct patient assessments using standardized assessment tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and excellent time management skills
