We provide vital support during life's most challenging moments, helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. We're Hiring! We are seeking a licensed Co-Occurring Substance Abuse Disorder Therapist or Co-Occurring Therapist-in-Training to join our team. This full-time position will serve clients in our Menasha Counseling Clinic by providing therapeutic counseling. Key Responsibilities Provide a comprehensive assessment by collecting all information outlined in the program's Biopsychosocial Assessment Form. Provide and updates diagnostic impressions based on information collected from the assessment. Develop a treatment plan by establishing treatment goals with the client based on the assessment and diagnosis(es) and obtaining client/parent's signature on treatment plan. Implement treatment by providing psychotherapy in accordance with diagnosis and treatment plan, applying a variety of psychotherapeutic methods with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Monitor progress toward treatment goals by evaluating and adjusting services provided, completing initial and ongoing clinical case review requirements as necessary.
Qualifications Education Requirement:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or other closely related mental health discipline.Licensure Requirements:
Wisconsin state certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Professional Counselor, or In-Training Licensure. CSAC (Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor), SAC (Substance Abuse Counselor), or SAC-IT (Substance Abuse Counselor In-Training Must be eligible for Medical Assistance, Medicare (if applicable) and other third-party reimbursement.Other Requirements:
Family Services is able to obtain malpractice insurance on your behalf. Maintain eligibility to practice and active status with your licensing board through the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.
