We are seeking a clinician with a strong passion for working with couples and adult clients . This role is ideal for a therapist who values in-person connection , enjoys relationship-focused work, and is committed to helping clients navigate healing, communication, and growth. Key Responsibilities Provide in-person therapy for adults and couples Conduct relationship-focused sessions (communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, and trust) Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation (within 48 hours) Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate Collaborate with the team for consultation and support Utilize evidence-based approaches (Gottman, EFT, CBT, or similar modalities preferred) Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Active Illinois license as an LCPC or LCSW Experience or strong interest in couples/relationship therapy Comfortable working with adult populations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent in-person schedule Experience with EHR systems (SimplePractice a plus) What We're Looking For A clinician who is passionate about couples work , not just open to it Someone who values in-person presence and connection A therapist who balances clinical skill with warmth and authenticity Interest in relationship dynamics, attachment, and emotional processing Compensation & Employment Options We offer flexible compensation structures based on your preferences and professional goals: W-2

Clinicians with advanced training in couples therapy (e.g., Gottman, EFT) may be eligible for higher compensation tiers.
