Job Description

Responsibilities Promotes recovery by coordinating pre-vocational services needed for consumers in Adult Partial Care program Facilitates vocational, skill development and therapeutic groups Functions as a liaison to outside agencies such as Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Friendship House, Workforce Development, Supportive Employment and employee within the community Provide case management and collaborate in the development of individual recovery plans with consumers assigned to caseload Functions as team member: communicating concerns, covering co-workers duties, including van driver Qualifications BA in Psychology or related human service field One year of experience working with adults with chronic and severe mental illness Valid Driver's License Location Hackensack, New Jersey Employment Type Full-Time Pay $45,000 - $47,000 annual salary Shift Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm What We Offer Competitive pay that values your experience and dedication Exceptional health benefits - over 90% of medical and dental premiums covered, plus free vision insurance Employer contribution to your 403(b) retirement plan after one year of employment Generous paid time off package, including vacation, personal and sick days. 10 paid holidays plus 2 discretionary days provided by CBH Care Opportunities for clinical supervision for licensed staff Career growth and professional development opportunities within a supportive, mission-driven organization.
