This position involves evaluating clients' needs, developing rehabilitation plans, and providing ongoing support throughout the rehabilitation process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology and be skilled in various counseling techniques, including motivational interviewing and psychotherapy. Duties Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and capabilities. Develop personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual goals. Provide counseling services addressing gender issues and working with people with disabilities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals in clinics and hospitals to ensure comprehensive care. Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops focused on skill development. Engage in clinical research to stay updated on best practices in rehabilitation counseling. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress towards goals. Qualifications A degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
