About us IAM Corporation for Re-Employment and Safety Training (CREST), is a Union affiliated, non-profit organization providing direct Vocational services to Employees of The Boeing Company in Washington State (Seattle area). Our primary focus is delivering quality vocational rehabilitation services to Employees with illness or injuries to support safe and prompt return to work. Our core services consist of providing Job Analyses of existing work assignments, conducting ergonomics evaluations, assisting with identification/provision of reasonable accommodations, as well as case management activities, attending various meetings, and counseling/consulting on relevant topics. Our team of VRCs works closely with local union representatives, disability management teams, medical clinics/providers, accommodation services personnel, internal workers' compensation representatives, and insurance company staff, to serve individuals impacted by an occupational injury/illness or other medical conditions. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation or other Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Ergonomics, Health Services, Education, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Must be able to obtain/maintain status as an approved Vocational Rehabilitation provider with WA State Department of Labor & Industries. Must possess a CRC, CDMS, or ABVE certification, or be eligible to apply for this within one year from date of hire. Recent experience providing detailed Job Analyses, and/or workplace accommodations under the ADA preferred Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and prioritize Excellent organizational, communication (written & oral), and presentation skills. Must be dependable and able to maintain a good attendance track record. Keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience Work Remotely Hybrid remote schedule (2 days working remotely) or non traditional work schedule (four 10-hour days) is also available and is the choice of the employee Successful applicants should live within the Seattle, WA area (or be willing to relocate).
