9:45 PM•Sunday 8:15 AM Join our team of dedicated professionals and make a difference in the lives of youth! As a Youth Behavioral Coach at Emoticare, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping youth build confidence, develop life skills, and feel supported in a safe, structured environment. Our Weekend Retreat Program is a 3-day experience designed to provide a positive and empowering experience for our youth.
Responsibilities:
Build meaningful, supportive connections with youth Help them develop emotional regulation and life skills Support daily routines, activities, meals, and outings Bring energy to group activities that encourage confidence and connection Reinforce treatment goals in real, everyday moments Help create a safe, structured, and positive environment Transport youth to and from activities (using company vehicles)
Requirements:
21+ with a valid driver's license
Either:
High School Diploma/GED + 4 years behavioral health experience OR Bachelor's degree in a related field Comfortable working with youth in a hands-on environment Reliable, patient, and team-oriented Required (or willing to obtain): Fingerprint clearance card CPR/First Aid TB test Clean driving record Background check & drug screen
Work Environment:
Community-based settings, retreat locations, and client homes Based out of Gilbert-area office Driving agency vehicles (including vans) Active role (walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, outdoor activities—including summer weather) Join our team and make your weekends matter!
