About Us:
Olive Crest Drop-In Center is a trauma-informed center that creates a welcoming, supportive, and structured environment for youth visiting our Drop-In Center, including those who have experienced trafficking and/or are impacted by gang affiliation. The position supports participants in developing life skills, building healthy connections, and accessing a safe space for positive engagement.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and culturally responsive Youth Mentor to join our team. In this role, you will build meaningful, supportive relationships with youth ages 13-17, offering mentorship, advocacy, and guidance in a non-judgmental and empowering way.
Hiring needs:
Tuesday-Saturday:
11:00am-9:00pm. Candidates may qualify in a variety of ways, experience working with youth, or education in a related field preferred. Fluency in Spanish preferred.
