Treatment Manager New Haven Youth - 4.0 Vista, CA Job Details Full-time $80,000 a year 6 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Crisis intervention counseling Full Job Description Join Our Team as a Treatment Manager (Clinical Case Manager / Licensed Therapist) New Haven Youth & Family Services | Clinical Department | Full-Time | Exempt Are you a passionate clinician who wants to make a real impact in the lives of youth and families? At New Haven Youth & Family Services, we're looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and driven Treatment Manager (Clinical Case Manager / Licensed Therapist) to join our clinical team. In this role, you'll provide therapy, lead treatment planning, coordinate care, and support youth through meaningful growth and transition in a residential treatment setting. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to helping others succeed, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Provide individual, family, and group therapy Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans (ISPs) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, schools, families, and county partners Support crisis intervention, discharge planning, and continuity of care Serve as a strong advocate and leader for assigned youth Participate in an on-call rotation for support coverage What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral science field Eligible to pursue licensure through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences Experience working with youth and families preferred Strong communication, documentation, and crisis intervention skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid CA driver's license and ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance Willingness to complete and maintain the California Group Home Administrator Certification Program (GHACP) within 6 months of hire Why New Haven?
