Summer Soiree Lead Counselor
South End Community Center
The Town of Stratford is currently accepting applications for a Summer Lead Counselor for the Town's South End Community Center.
This is a seasonal position responsible for supervision of elementary age children participating in the Summer Soiree Summer Enrichment Program and assisting with implementation of daily activities. Help manage Summer Soiree Program, which includes maintaining Office of Early Childhood license requirements, planning and implementing STEAM based curriculum, and communicating with families and schools as needed.
Must be at least 20 years old and have an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood or a related field. Also, must have at least two years experience working with elementary age children. Good ability to relate to youth on an individual and group basis. 37.5 hours per week from June 22, 2026•August 7, 2026.
