As more individuals, couples, and families continue reaching out, not just locally but nationally... for help, healing, and real connection, we are expanding our team and looking for passionate, relational, faith-based Marriage & Couples Counselors/Coaches who genuinely love people and want to make a meaningful impact. What You'll Do Guide individuals and couples toward deeper emotional and relational connection Help couples navigate communication struggles, conflict, trust rebuilding, intimacy challenges, and relational repair Utilize practical, faith-based, and identity-centered coaching/counseling approaches Help clients uncover deeper relational patterns and emotional needs through tools like our own proprietary Deep Origin Create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment for healing and growth Encourage, challenge, and empower clients toward lasting transformation Collaborate with a passionate and relational team culture focused on helping people love well Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Deeply love people and genuinely care about helping relationships thrive Are relational, emotionally intelligent, compassionate, and encouraging Have experience in counseling, coaching, ministry, pastoral care, psychology, or relationship mentoring Align with Christian values and are comfortable integrating faith into conversations when appropriate Believe people are not "too broken" for restoration Can communicate truth with both grace and honesty Value connection over performance and relationships over religion Desire to be part of something meaningful and purpose-driven What Makes LF3 Different At LF3 Love Factor, we're known for being: Relational, practical, and deeply authentic Focused on heart connection, not surface behavior modification Passionate about identity, healing, and lasting transformation A place where clients feel seen, heard, safe, and genuinely cared for A team that believes conflict can actually become the doorway to deeper connection We don't believe in "Bible beating." Preferred Qualifications Counseling, coaching, ministry, or relationship mentoring experience Certification, licensure, or willingness to pursue continued training (preferred but not always required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with couples, individuals, and families Experience with Christian counseling or faith-based coaching is a plus Why Join LF3 Love Factor?
