Job Description

Currently seeking a PRN Residential Youth Worker to assist in a group home setting. A & A Care Home is serving youth 12-18 years old under a Youth Residential Treatment Facility. We are looking for individuals that have experience assisting in monitoring youth behavior and demonstrate social emotional learning skills with youth. Immediately looking for qualified candidates Weekend Availability- daytime/evening Weekday- afternoons/evenings Completed training certificates are encouraged.

Job Qualifications include:

Providing daily care for youth regarding safety and well being Performing house checks for the group home Daily documentation of youth's care, safety, and well being Must have a valid driver's license Ability to pass MVR check for transportation Ability to neutralized intense behavior from youth Ability to handle high stress circumstances with youth Able to communicate clearly with Case Coordinator and Program Director Dedicated to completing required trainings in a timely manner Able to multi-task Must be able to pass background check to serve youth in group home
