Job Description
Hello Baltimore and Area! About Us We're Corporate Kids Events , and we've been providing high-quality conference childcare services for over 20 years. Each year, we host around 350 kids' camps across the country and are always on the lookout for fun, reliable staff with experience working with children. Joining our team is a great opportunity to gain hands-on childcare experience and earn some extra income! About the Role We're currently hiring Youth Counselors to assist with childcare during upcoming conferences. Ideal candidates will have a background in childcare, education, or special education and enjoy engaging children of all abilities in inclusive activities such as arts and crafts, games, and sensory play. You'll be working with children ages 0-17 while their parents attend the event. We provide all entertainment materials and supplies—you bring the energy and enthusiasm! Each program is led by experienced Program Managers who will conduct a brief orientation and guide the event. Orientation is included in the times listed below.
