Youth Leader

Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Youth Leader for next school year . Our Youth Leaders are responsible for providing warm, welcoming hospitality to our youngest members by providing a fun and safe environment in our Youth Activities Center. In this role, you will work in an energetic environment alongside supportive teammates with the opportunity to build relationships and create moments that matter every day. Careers Responsibilities and Expectations:

Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day. Help develop meaningful and creative youth activities promoting our young members' interests and requests. Feel comfortable and confident multi-tasking and managing a multitude of different ages and personalities. Work during youth club events and activities. Promote an environment of positive behavior and safety. Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.

Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:

Education and Experience Minimum 16 years of age. Previous experience with youth welcomed. First Aid and CPR are welcomed. Attributes Creative - Ability to come up with innovative and creative ideas that will continuously enhance our youth programs Positive - You have a naturally upbeat attitude and share that enthusiasm with the people around you. Service-oriented - You genuinely enjoy serving others and take personal pride in exceeding expectations. People-person - You like getting to know people, building relationships, and cultivating community. Diligent - You often do more work than others and find yourself going above and beyond. Availability During the school year.

Available to work varied hours:

days and evenings. Primarily evening hours, 4:00-8:00 PM, with opportunity for some morning shifts.

Salary, Benefits, and Perks:
