Summer Camp Youth Worker

Looking for a fun, meaningful way to make a difference this summer? Join our team at the Boys & Girls Club and help create a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for youth ages 5-17. We are currently hiring for the following - Part-time summer positions: 1st grade: Monday-Friday, either 7:15a-12:45p or 12:15p-5:45p Supervise and engage with group of youth (ages 6-7) Lead structured activities, games, and enrichment opportunities in alignment with state educational standards Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment Build strong, supportive relationships with members 3x Play (Physical Education): Monday-Friday, either 7:15a-12:45p or 12:15p-5:45p Plan and lead daily physical activities, games, and fitness challenges opportunities in alignment with state educational standards Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy habits Adapt activities for different skill levels and group sizes Keep youth active, engaged, and having fun

STEM Specialist:

Monday-Friday, either 7:15a-12:45p or 12:15p-5:45p Facilitate hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math activities in alignment with state educational standards Guide members through creative problem-solving and experiments Inspire curiosity and innovation

Teen Workforce Development Coordinator:

Monday-Friday, Varies Work directly with teens (ages 13-17) on job readiness, career exploration, and goal setting Coordinate with local businesses and organizations to schedule job shadowing and training opportunities Conduct mock interviews and assist with job searches and college preparation Support youth during off-site workforce activities Meet program deadlines and maintain accurate records and documentation
