Licensed School Counselor:
We are seeking a full time, School-Based Mental Health Counselor for the 2026- 2027 school year. Must have a valid LPC, LSW or Ohio Department of Education School Counseling License. Counsels students regarding academic, educational, and short-term social and emotional problems in both group and individual counseling settings. Teaches guidance classes and provides guidance counseling to students through planned activities in small group or classroom settings. Develop needs assessment and implement an effective referral and follow-up process for students. Consult and collaborate effectively with parents and educators to assist with students who are identified for targeted interventions. Participate in professional development activities. Adhere to laws, policies, procedures and ethical standards of the school counseling and mental health counseling professions.
