Role:
The Lead Skills Trainer/Youth Mentor position is responsible for onboarding and direct supervision of Skills Trainers and Youth Mentors in the applicable region. The Lead will occasionally provide Skills Training or Youth Mentoring services to youth referred by DHS. Leads provide regional based oversight of referral procurement and assignment and establishing and maintaining ongoing relationships with key regional stakeholders and partners. The Lead will ensure referred youth in the region receive high quality, individualized, appropriate services to assist them in developing the skills needed in order to stabilize their placement in the community.
