We specialize in providing trauma-informed clinical and supportive interventions for children and adolescents navigating high-acuity systems, including foster care, juvenile justice, and complex family dynamics. Our clinical objective is the reunification, restoration, and long-term stability of the family unit through community-based and office-oriented care. We are seeking a Pediatric Behavioral Health Counselor to manage a caseload of youth and their caregivers. This position bridges the gap between traditional office settings and community-based support, offering a dynamic environment for practitioners who value field-based engagement. Pay is based on level of education, experience and independent licensure. Key Responsibilities Manage behavioral support to children and families served by the Center Lead case management and care coordination activities Supervise staff Connect families to community resources and services Monitor client well-being and document progress accurately and professionally Strategize positive, therapeutic interactions and assist with skill-building activities Communicate with caregivers and team members to support treatment goals Establish a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff Qualifications Master's degree in social services, behavioral health, psychology, or related field preferred Experience working with vulnerable or at-risk populations (children, families involved in foster care, juvenile justice, or behavioral health systems) Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain professional boundaries and support therapeutic goals Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Must be able to work in-person in office on set days Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends based on client needs Why Join Our Team?
