Competitive and commensurate with experience.
Part-Time:
Psychotherapist $46/hourly. Psychologist $87/hourly Full time: $70,000

C., Virginia, and Maryland region. We offer culturally responsive care through in-person and virtual therapy and psychological testing for diverse populations across the lifespan. Our team values collaboration and inclusivity. This opportunity begins as a 1099 contractor role, with a pathway to W-2 employment based on performance.

Supervision/Consultation Opportunities:

We offer opportunities for clinicians to engage in supervision as field faculty and to contribute to the training of psychology externs, interns, and postdoctoral residents, as well as post-master's professional development for social work and counseling professionals. Our psychology internship training program is accredited by the American Psychological Association. Requirements:
  • Candidates must be independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland. Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred, with priority given to clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions.
  • Priority consideration given to clinicians willing to serve pre-adolescent populations
  • Passion for delivering exceptional mental health care
  • Dedication to continuous professional development
  • Desired Experience 0-1 year
  • Must be local
Preferred:
  • Experience and availability to see children, adolescents, and/or couples, preferred.
  • Flexible work hours (after school hours, evenings and weekends)
