What We Offer:

Weekly supervision by a board-approved LPC supervisor, including oversight from two clinical supervisors to support comprehensive clinical guidance and professional development. What We're Looking For:

Master's degree in Counseling or related field (completed or near completion) Registered with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a Resident in Counseling (or eligible to register) Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and evidence-based practice Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for helping others Compensation Pay is commensurate with experience and will vary based on employment status (full-time vs. part-time).
