• No traditional office setting Recognized as a Best Place to Work, Safe Zone Certified, and Veteran-Friendly Employer What You'll Do Provide trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy in home and community settings Use evidence-based approaches like TF-CBT, play therapy, and other innovative interventions Support youth facing complex challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and disrupted attachment Partner with families, schools, and providers to create holistic, individualized care plans Respond to crises and provide stabilization and safety planning when needed Track progress and celebrate milestones in each youth's recovery journey Requirements Who You Are Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to meeting clients where they are Comfortable working in the community and responding to real-world challenges A strong collaborator who values teamwork and communication Dedicated to equity, cultural responsiveness, and trauma-informed care Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field 3+ years of experience providing trauma-informed care Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
