Responsibilities include monitoring daily activities, assisting with transportation, documenting behaviors, de-escalating conflicts, and helping youth develop life skills and positive decision-making habits.

Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of experience working with youth in education, counseling, mentoring, juvenile justice, coaching, or related fields.

LEAD HSP

(Human Service Professional Lead) Assist with supervising Human Service Professionals while supporting daily program operations. Lead staff by example, help maintain structure and safety within the program, assist with scheduling, and ensure youth receive proper supervision and support services. HSP (Human Service Professional) Work directly with youth by providing supervision, behavioral guidance, transportation, crisis intervention, and support throughout daily routines. Encourage accountability, teamwork, and positive behavior in a safe and structured environment.

Requirements:

Experience working with youth strongly preferred. Director of Operations Oversee program operations, staff performance, compliance, budgeting, and facility management. Ensure the program operates efficiently while maintaining a safe environment and supporting AMIkids' mission and standards. Master Level Counselor Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to youth. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain documentation, and support youth with emotional, behavioral, and social development.

Requirements:

Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field preferred. Certified SPED Teacher Part time/Full time Deliver classroom instruction aligned with individualized education plans (IEPs) while creating a supportive learning environment for students with behavioral and academic needs. Maintain classroom management and collaborate with staff to support student success.
