Residential Counselor

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? TriSource is seeking a dedicated Residential Counselor to work with youth ages 12-18. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans to help improve outcomes and promote positive growth for each youth.

Responsibilities:

Work with youth who experience mental health difficulties, trauma, and teenage parenthood Conduct inspections according to a schedule and need Assist in crisis intervention Assist in helping youth meet goals as identified by service plans Support constructive resident-family visitation and involvement in community activities Supervision of residents Maintain documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Human Services preferred, OR, High School Diploma and at least 6 months of relevant experience Experience working with youth and children preferred Valid Drivers License Clean background and able to pass a drug test

Working Hours:

Saturday-Sunday:

6:30am-6:30pm or 6:30pm-6:30am 2 weekdays: 2:30pm-10:30pm or 10:30pm-6:30am Must be able to work every weekend

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
