Addiction Recovery Treatment Services. Certification & Additional Experience requirements: Must be Certified in Virginia as either: Certified Substance Abuse Counselor-Supervisee (CSAC-Supervisee) OR Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC).

Pay Type:

Full Time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM, 1-hour lunch).

Working with adult individuals with Mental Health Disorders. Facilitating meaningful and engaging groups. One year of Group Facilitation Experience preferred. Proficient Computer Skills. Organization & Communication Skills. First Aid & CPR- preferred, not required. TOVA- preferred, not required. Position Overview The Group Facilitator will facilitate one group daily in our Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Services (13-15 individuals) by following the company's curriculum, which provides the group title, intervention, and additional worksheets and supplies to create engaging groups. The Group Facilitator must be energetic and motivating. We assist Individuals and their families on their road to recovery through group and Care Coordination. The Facilitator will be responsible for entering group progress notes, ISPs, completing drug screenings, quarterly reports, electronic chart maintenance/audits, care coordination, and assisting with individual orientations.
