Part-time Evening Shift 5pm-11pm (all days available) Seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. Help with supporting, provide guidance, and helping youth navigate emotional, and behavioral challenge. Duties Support Youth in managing behavioral and emotional challenges. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and ongoing evaluations. Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute situations effectively. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of counseling sessions and progress. Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each youth. Facilitate workshops and activities. Provide support in educational settings, particularly for youth with special needs or requiring additional assistance.
