We're Hiring:
Residential Counselors - Bennington, VT $18.50-$21hr
  • $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus
  • 4‑Day Workweek
  • Career Growth & Training Vermont Permanency Initiative (VPI) is hiring Residential Counselors for our Bennington, VT program to provide support and mentorship to youth in a therapeutic residential environment.

PM What You'll Do:
As a Residential Counselor, you'll: Provide supervision, structure, and positive role modeling Support youth in building life skills, communication, and emotional regulation Assist with daily routines, behavioral support, and crisis intervention Engage youth in recreational, educational, and social activities Work collaboratively in a trauma‑informed, team‑based environment
What You Need:
HS diploma or GED (college preferred) Experience working with youth or relevant Human Services coursework Must be 21+ Driver's license preferred CPR preferred Ability to pass background and pre‑employment checks Why Bennington, VT?
