24 Hours per Week Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Social Worker to join our healthcare team in Albany, Oregon for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will provide psychosocial support, care coordination, discharge planning, and community resource assistance to patients and families in a clinical setting. Requirements BLS Certification required Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required Master's degree preferred Previous clinical social work or hospital experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Pay:

$56.00 - $58.00 per hour
