Duties Prepare soil beds by grading, tilling, and ensuring proper drainage for optimal sod growth Measure and cut sod pieces accurately to fit designated areas using hand tools and power tools Install sod efficiently, ensuring proper alignment, compaction, and watering techniques for healthy establishment Requirements Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions—standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship and safety protocols Join us if you're eager to build your skills in landscaping while helping create beautiful outdoor spaces!
