About The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable, cloud‑native applications in a modern enterprise environment. This role is ideal for an engineer who brings strong backend expertise while maintaining a solid working knowledge of front‑end technologies. What You'll Own As a Software Engineer, you will primarily work on backend systems using Java and Python, building reliable services and APIs that support high‑volume, data‑driven applications. You will design and optimize data layers using relational and NoSQL databases and deploy applications on AWS, following best practices for security, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. You will also collaborate with AI and data teams to integrate AI‑enabled capabilities into platform services and user workflows. On the front end, you will work with technologies such as React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, collaborating closely with front‑end engineers to deliver clean, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces. You will contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and production support, in an agile, cross‑functional team environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop backend services using Java and Python Build and optimize data models and database integrations Deploy and operate applications on AWS using CI/CD pipelines Integrate AI‑powered features and data‑driven services Collaborate on front‑end development using React and modern web technologies About You Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software development Strong experience with Java, Python, databases, and AWS Working knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript Experience with cloud‑native development and APIs Familiarity with AI/ML integrations and data‑centric systems This is a hybrid work setup, where the candidate will be required to work up to three days onsite at our Hoboken office.
