Seeking a senior engineer who can design, implement, and improve distributed application orchestration logic, mentor peers, and contribute to the architectural direction of the system. Responsibilities Design scalable workflows for deploying and managing Kubernetes-native applications Lead the development of reusable Helm charts, GitOps templates, and deployment strategies Build system-aware controllers or agents that automate app lifecycle tasks Contribute to platform-wide architecture decisions (e.g., deployment strategy, multi-cluster config, observability) Mentor junior engineers and review code for reliability, clarity, and best practices Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to ensure secure and compliant deployments Leadership Traits Owns end-to-end delivery of system components Helps shape internal standards and shared tooling Guides team through design decisions and trade-offs Thinks in systems, not just services Requirements A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph is required to be considered. Twenty (20)x26nbsp;years experiencex26nbsp;as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity isx26nbsp;required.x26nbsp;x26nbsp; Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciencex26nbsp;or related discipline from an accredited college or university isx26nbsp;required. Four (4) years ofx26nbsp;additionalx26nbsp;SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.x26nbsp;

Core Skills Required:
