Evenflow's output data is fundamental for mission-critical, revenue-related functions across numerous Ads products directly powering budgeting, billing, bidding algorithms, and customer-facing reporting, while also ensuring data accuracy for financial reporting and compliance. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering their career growth and maintaining a healthy team culture. Develop and advocate the long-term technical goals and road map for key areas of Ads Evenflow. Build and maintain strong relationships with a set of stakeholders, including client teams, partner infrastructure teams, and Ads leadership. Manage expectations, communicate progress, and navigate competing requirements from various Ads product and infrastructure teams. Partner closely with tech leads to guide project execution, unblock technical issues, and ensure engineering excellence. Instill and uphold high standards for engineering and operational excellence, including system design, code quality, testing, and production reliability.
