Job Description
Overview Solar Agent Be an agent of change! We have built our reputation on the Olympic Peninsula with over 1200 projects in the last 23 years. Become a member of our team to educate customers, design solar arrays, prepare contracts, secure orders, and prepare the project binder for our installation crew, then help clients understand their system once it is commissioned and making clean power.
Duties include:
Public Event Work- Help organize, promote, and conduct events like solar tours and other educational events
- Educate prospective clients to their options
- Collect contact information and set appointments for further discussion Site Evaluations at the Client's Home or Business
- Go on the roof to take measurements and solar resource readings
- Inspect client's electrical panels to determine code-compliance and determine the best method of interconnection
- Provide estimates and collect contracts and deposits Office Work
- Answer Phone Calls to Educate and Qualify Customers
- Utilize simple CAD software to design solar arrays
- Use standard office software to prepare contracts and estimates, maintain customer database and records, and contribute to shared calendars and project tracking software (Microsoft, Google, Adobe) Your previous experience will include:
- Working in a professional office environment, and presenting yourself in a public environment
- Using various software packages
- Using ladders to access roofs, and securing ladders to racks on vehicles
- Communicating verbally and in writing with homeowners and business owners of various backgrounds
- Closing sales and being responsible for detailed follow though as per the company's process Your character traits are

Pay:
$50,000.00- $90,000.
