Job Description

Horse Energy Solutions, a leader in sustainable energy solutions, is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and enthusiastic Solar Appointment Setter / Solar Ambassador. This is a full-time position based within our active field operations team, and is not eligible for remote work. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in spreading awareness and facilitating the adoption of solar energy technologies by engaging directly with homeowners. This position is tailored for individuals passionate about environmental sustainability and looking to make a significant impact in the renewable energy sector. As a Solar Appointment Setter / Solar Ambassador at Horse Energy Solutions, you will be at the forefront of the solar power movement, helping homeowners understand the benefits and savings provided by solar energy solutions. This role is not just about setting appointments—it's about being a champion for a sustainable future and driving real change in energy consumption behaviors. Duties and Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through various channels, presenting the benefits of solar energy systems. Generate and set qualified appointments for our team of solar specialists who will close the deals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in solar technology and energy-saving practices. Follow up with potential clients post-interaction to ensure consistency in communication and to gauge interest levels. Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales tactics. Represent Horse Energy Solutions at community outreach events, trade shows, and other public platforms where solar energy promotion is a fit. Participate in continuous learning opportunities provided by the company to stay current with industry standards and enhance personal selling skills. Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product benefits and the value of solar energy. Self-motivated and driven with a steadfast commitment to achieving sales targets and company goals. Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet with homeowners when most convenient for them. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A positive attitude and a professional appearance that aligns with company values and the environmental mission. Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the designated country without sponsorship. Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development to ensure best practices in the role.
