Solar Installer (2+years experience)

{No Relocation offered} Solar Energy Services, LLC is hiring Solar Installers with electrical experience for roof top, as well as ground mount Solar Installations. 2 Years experience preferred. Must be responsible, be able to problem solve/critically think for yourself, show up & want to work, be able to be outdoors in the elements and on a roof or attic, be organized and work well with others. This is a physical job. 2 or more years solar and electrical knowledge is preferred. Roofing or prior solar experience experience helpful.

Daily Duties:

Meet at our shop and assist crew leader with loading materials from warehouse. Being quick and efficient. Assisting with panel installation, rooftop mounting rails, ground mounts/trenching, running conduit, EV & Generator installation. Assisting the crew lead with their priorities to get done that day. Keeping parts & truck organized and putting back any unused materials into warehouse or return to supplier. You must have reliable transportation to get to work, a clean driving history (not a lot of speeding tickets or DWI), pass a drug test and able to do physical work/lift 40 lbs or more.
