Solar Licensed Electrical Journeyman - Twelve Mile III Mortenson Construction paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), retirement plan United States, Oklahoma, Balko Route 1 (Show on map) May 19, 2026 Solar Electrical Journeyman SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an Electrical Journeyman that will be responsible for install and direct the work of the electrical portions of solar installations' wiring, conduit work, sizing of wires and disconnects, interconnecting and other related tasks on utility scale solar projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit utilizing various hand tools Safely utilize hand and power tools after proper training (Drills, Crimpers, Cutters, etc.) Lift, position, and fasten objects Prepare, handle, and supply of materials and tools be used by electrical trades Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment Work under immediate and close supervision according to standard instructions and established procedures Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels Pull DC and MV wire All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED Minimum two years of related experience Trade or technical school certification/diploma Apprentice aptitude test Current driver's license Ability to speak and understand English (Spanish is a plus); some ability to read plans; shown emotional intelligence; ability to operate equipment such as table saws, radial arm saws, belt & disc sanders, drill presses, fall protection equipment, rigging, and form systems Strong teamwork orientation, positive attitude, professional customer service skills, detail orientation, active listening skills, and effective communication including openness to diverse input and feedback Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements •Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs.
