Solar Sales Representative

This is a full-cycle role where you will: Generate your own opportunities through door knocking Conduct in-home consultations Present customized solar solutions Close high-value deals This role is ideal for individuals who: Thrive in face-to-face, high-ticket sales Want to earn six figures+ in a commission-only environment Are confident handling objections and closing on-site What You'll Do Door-to-Door Prospecting & Lead Generation Canvass residential neighborhoods daily Identify qualified homeowners Set and run your own appointments In-Home Sales & Closing Conduct consultations with homeowners Educate on: Energy savings and cost reduction Solar system benefits and incentives Financing and ownership options Present customized solar proposals Handle objections and close deals on-site Full-Cycle Pipeline Management Manage deals from first contact consultation close Follow up to maximize conversion rates Maintain consistent daily activity and performance What We're Looking For Proven experience in: Door-to-door sales (REQUIRED) Solar, roofing, alarms, or high-ticket sales (preferred) Strong ability to build trust and close confidently Comfortable working outdoors and engaging homeowners daily Self-motivated with a high level of discipline and consistency Resilient and able to handle rejection Compensation & Earnings 100% Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor) High commissions per install Performance bonuses and incentives Typical earnings: $120,000
