Solution Application Architect Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Solution Application Architect to provide technical leadership for secure, scalable, and maintainable Third-Party SaaS integrations and target-state platform architecture within the Risk, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Fraud, and Learning Systems (RLCLS) domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with domain leadership, product owners, factory teams, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to design end-to-end architecture solutions, define integration strategies, and establish reusable patterns that enable scalable and compliant enterprise platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, APIs, event-driven integrations, regulated environments, and enterprise governance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Solution Design Partner with technology leads to design scalable integration patterns across: Third-Party SaaS platforms Internal enterprise systems External partner ecosystems Develop end-to-end solution architectures covering: Functional design Data flows Security architecture Operational requirements Create and maintain: Architecture diagrams Interface catalogs Technical specifications Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) Conduct Buy vs.

Build assessments considering:

Architecture alignment Cost factors Implementation effort Long-term sustainability Third-Party SaaS & Platform Architecture Assess Third-Party SaaS platform capabilities against business and technical requirements. Map current and future SaaS platform capabilities to domain use cases. Review vendor roadmaps and identify potential risks and gaps, especially within compliance-sensitive environments. Provide architectural guidance for: Platform configuration Customization strategies Data extraction patterns Integration approaches Integration & Data Architecture Define and govern integration strategies using: REST APIs Webhooks GraphQL Event streaming ETL pipelines Workflow orchestration Design event-driven architectures using technologies such as Kafka and cloud-native services.

Validate:

Data models Data quality requirements Retention policies Regulatory data handling standards Partner with security teams to align with: Access controls Audit requirements Data privacy standards Technical Leadership Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to establish and realize target-state architecture. Provide architecture leadership and mentoring to development teams. Ensure adherence to: Enterprise standards Architecture patterns Best practices Non-functional requirements Perform architecture and occasional code reviews. Drive creation of reusable solution patterns and architecture accelerators. Solution Architecture Support Maintain domain-level architecture landscapes including: Current-state views Target-state views Security diagrams Logical architecture diagrams Deployment architecture diagrams Develop project-level architecture deliverables and low-level solution designs. Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements and enterprise standards. Governance & Delivery Support Participate in: Architecture reviews Risk assessments Technical approval processes Governance boards Challenge architecture recommendations constructively when alternative solutions provide stronger business value. Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams during: Refinement sessions Sprint planning Technical decision-making Support delivery through development, testing, and release phases. Present architecture designs to governance bodies and obtain approvals. Required Qualifications 8+ years of software engineering experience. 5+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture. Proven success designing end-to-end enterprise applications and integrations. Strong experience translating business goals into target-state architecture and implementation roadmaps. Strong technical documentation and communication skills. Required Technical Skills Hands-on experience integrating Third-Party SaaS platforms using: REST APIs Webhooks GraphQL Event streaming technologies such as Kafka Experience with integration platforms: MuleSoft Boomi Informatica Azure Integration Services Expertise in: API management API versioning Throttling Service governance Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform

Knowledge of:
