Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field. 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies. Ability to work flexible non standard working hours in line with customer requirements. A customer first and empathetic mindset, and ability to own end to end experience and solutions. About the job The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Deliver support by troubleshooting advanced technical and product escalations for high-value advertisers, partners, and sales teams. Analyze data to identify root causes and critical customer feedback with Engineering, Product, and Trust & Safety teams to improve feature offerings. Develop diagnostic tools, debugging resources, and automated solutions independently or alongside engineering partners to streamline technical workflows. Deeply learn and support AI-powered Ads products while tracking emerging market trends and strategic cross-functional opportunities. Foster a global team culture and actively participate in a weekend on-call rotation to maintain continuous client success.
