Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00

PM Duration:

13-week contract with high chances of extension

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source high-quality candidates for healthcare roles, including hard-to-fill and niche positions. Use ATS (Taleo), job boards, , and Boolean search techniques to build strong candidate pipelines. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and interest. Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers. Maintain and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs. Update candidate status and activity in the ATS system. Support recruiting team with onboarding activities and administrative tasks as needed. Participate in networking efforts such as job fairs and hiring events.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of talent sourcing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (REQUIRED). At least 1 year of HR or recruiting-related experience. High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with ATS systems (Taleo preferred). Strong sourcing skills using , job boards, and Boolean search. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
